Privacy notice

What we collect

The booking and contact forms on this site collect: your name, email address, company name, an optional approximate number of users/devices, an optional message, and — for bookings — your chosen appointment time. Nothing else. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this site.

The homepage "connection" panel shows you your own IP address, its public registry (RDAP) and reverse-DNS records, and details your own browser exposes to every website — your browser, operating system, timezone, language, screen size and similar. This is a demonstration of what any site you visit can already see. It is shown to you only, looked up on request, and never stored or shared.

The office map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps only after you click "Show map" — until then, no Google content or cookies are loaded.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry or to arrange and run the session you booked: we email a confirmation and calendar invite to you, and notify our own team at info@systeque.co.za. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so that we can refer back to prior conversations if you engage us, after which they are deleted. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time.
