Our response model

Service level agreements are agreed up front, and we constantly monitor our own response and resolution times against them. Priority issues are typically responded to in under four hours — and unlike many providers, the first person you speak to is an engineer who can actually fix the problem.

Office hours are 08:00–17:00 SAST, Monday to Friday, with after-hours arrangements available under SLA.
